I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection and intention setting before the guided meditation and sound bath. Immerse yourself in a session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit.
