Join me on Sunday, March 30th at 3 pm at Llamaste Yoga & Healing for a Jade Heart Vibes Sound Bath! Located in the Handley Historical Shopping District in Fort Worth, TX, this studio is warm and inviting with a loving community vibe.

I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection and intention setting before the guided meditation and sound bath. Immerse yourself in a session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Dress comfy and be prepared to lean into a peaceful state. Don't miss out on this special gathering!

Please arrive early to give yourself time to park and get settled before we begin. I recommend arriving with enough time to lightly stretch before you lie down - the door opens 15 minutes before the Sound Bath.
